Cancellation Policy
Cancellations: I require a minimum of 48 hours notice to cancel or reschedule an existing appointment to accommodate those on my cancellation list.
Missed appointments: If a client fails to cancel their appointment and/or no-show, they will be required to pay 50% of the services scheduled. Exceptions will be made on a case to case bases. Clients will be givin 1 grace appointment a year for last minute scheduling changes, cancellations, no-shows. 
Late arrivals: If you are 15 minutes late to your appointment we may have to reschedule your service if it cannot be completed in the remaining timeframe. All attempts to reschedule in a timely manner will be made if we do not hear from you 15 minutes or more into your schedule appointment this will be considered a missed appointment and be treated as a missed appointment.
